sees the Japanese release of Garrison's "The Model +2"
on that fair island country on the other side of the world. sexy,
cool, very. One day if the winds prevail and the sun rests slightly
in the seventh house, mayhaps someone will convince the boys to
do another brief tour.
In
Garrison-related news:
The
Campaign for Real
Time just finished recording some new tracks at New Alliance
Studios under the steady hands of Ethan Dussault.
Ethan's
band, Placer, are still working on their new record albeit slowly
as their members are spread across the globe. We are all eagerly
awaiting that little sonic gem.
Sadly
Kill Verona
are no more but no doubt Johnny will be back "crackin' skulls"
behind the kit soon.
Instruction's
new single "I'm Dead" hits the airwaves in mid-april
followed by more extensive touring the the states and the United
Kingdom with their new drummer, Steve Saunderson of Gameface fame.
and
Gay for
Johnny Depp will also be recording a new record with Ethan
Dussault (does this kid get enough business or what?!?) at the
end of the month to be released on the U.K.'s finest independent
music label, the Captains
of Industry. There has been talk of a short tour but those
parties have been disposed of mafia-style.

the
wheels and cogs still turn apparently, "the Model" will
be released in japan this year with 2 bonus tracks, one being
the song 24 from our first ever recording and the other is an
unreleased song recorded during the silhouette sessions entitled
"i'm a lover."
after
tracking down some of our interviews from the world wide web they
have been added to the site here in case you want to see how witty
and sexy we can be when under the pressure of intense journalism.
more
photos have been added as well in addition to two songs from our
live performance on mtv italia during the be a criminal european
tour of 2002, both appear on the media page.
all
quite fascinating, i am sure.
in
the meantime check out:
the (motherfucking) campaign
for real time, placer,instruction,
kill verona,
and the always beautiful, always talented gay

certain
things never quite die. lonesome
recordings/all
about records will be releasing the split cd-ep of garrison
and orange island next week. both of these worcester county bands
offering up a cover of each other's song. they make ours sound
pretty and rockin'. we make theirs sound cruel and noisey. and
various skate/snowboarding companies keep taking our music for
their dvds and such, making me wish i skated more as a child or
something.
June 1st 2004
and so it ends, garrison is no more. thank you for everything
that helped make that section of our brief lives so lovely.
those
last records are still coming out this summer, and we are all
on to other things (please check the link page).
stay
tuned here for any other updates as they come, and thank you for
the last 6 years.
